Ingredients
• Oil – 1 cup
• Meat – 1 kg
• Bhindi – 1 kg
• Onions – 2 large size
• Tomatoes – 4 medium size
• Garlic Ginger Paste – 2.5 tablespoons
• Salt – 1 tablespoon
• Red Chili – 1.5 tablespoons
• Dhania – 2 tablespoons
• Haldi – 1 tablespoon
• Zeera – 2 tablespoons
• Green Chili – 7-8 pieces
Recipe
• Add oil and bhindi then fry it
• After the onions are brown add all spices and tomatoes then mix it
• Then add water after 20-25 minutes and let the meat cook
• After the meat is cooked and the water has dried up then add bhindi, green chili, onions and tomatoes
• Then let it cook for another 10 minutes
