This mutton chops recipe is so simple and easily made at home with just few ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:
Mutton chops
Turmeric
1 tbsp Chili powder
Salt(to taste)
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Spice powder/Garam masala(to your taste)
1 tsp Ginger garlic (paste)
Oil(to cook and fry)
2 tbsp Yogurt
2 Bay leaf
2 Cardamom
1 Cinnamon(small)
3 green chili
Ground pepper(to garnish)
PROCEDURE:
1-Take the chops in a dish and rinse them well and drain water.
2-Add turmeric + chili powder + coriander powder + spice powder + salt + ginger garlic paste + yogurt + oil.
3-Place it in a pressure cooker and cook with lid open till the chops oozes out little oil.
4-Now place the lid and let the cooker give 4 whistles out.(check once done, if the meat is not cooked place the lid by adding little water and let it cook completely)
5-Place a pan and add oil to fry + bay leaf + cardamon + cinnamon + green chili.
6-Now add cooked chops and let it cook few minutes.
7-Add finely chopped onion and cook till the onions turned crispy.
8-Mix gently such that meat do not leave chops.
9-Garnish with ground pepper for more spicy and yummy 😋.
