Spicy Pickles Recipe š¶

Chop 2 cucumbers, 1 jalapeƱo, 1 chili pepper, 3 red thai peppers, 3 cloves of garlic, 1/4 of a sweet onion.
Add all of your ingredients to a mason jar along with some dill, 2 tsp of peppercorns, 2 tsp mustard seeds, and 2 tsp of red chili flakes.
In a saucepan combine 1 cup of distilled white vinegar, 1 cup water, and a hefty pinch of salt. Bring to a simmer for 5~ minutes.
Carefully pour your brine into the mason jar. Make sure that your jar isnāt cold and that it can handle the hot liquid, otherwise it can crack/shatter.
Allow this to cool down before placing in the fridge to avoid thermal shock and let it sit overnight to a couple of days. The longer you wait the better it will taste.
