Here’s a spicy chilli con carne classic you can still eat while on a diet. Serve with a boiled or roast vegetables and salad or a very small portion of rice. Don’t forget you’ve already got carbs in the beans.
Ingredients
Half kg mince meat
2 medium onion
5 garlic cloves
6 chillis
1 teaspoon mix herbs
Salt to taste
800 gram tomatoes
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 tablespoons dry coriander powder
1 teaspoon all spices
Half teaspoon turmeric powder
Half green bell pepper
Half red bell pepper
400 gram boiled kidney beans
Half cup tomato ketchup
3 tablespoons vinegar
