Super EASY, DELICIOUS, VEGAN chilli con carne

Hey foodies!

I LOVE COOKING!!!

I’ve never filmed myself cooking my dinner or any of my meals before but I’ve been vegan since 2017 & I love eating IN and making my faux meats and meals from scratch. The thing is, if you aren’t vegan just know this is gonna blow you away regardless of your normal dietary or lifestyle preferences. Whether you’re new to it or just wanna try something new, just know to do it for yourself and all you can ever do is your best. ā˜ŗļøšŸ’–

Prior to 2017 I was vegetarian and prior to that I grew up eating every meat and all the dairy possible under the sun. Especially being Aboriginal Australian – I’m a Murri Woman – I grew up with endless access to ā€˜good’ seafood and meats.

Anyways, I love love loveeee watching Gaz Oakley’s cooking videos and thought I’d give his Ultimate Vegan Chili Con Carne a go after binging all his videos – again – this long weekend. I followed it for the most part and the link to the recipe I based this off is here:
P.S I really want to buy his cookbooks!! I have a Streamlabs account if you want to help me extend my experience, skills and experiments through donation. ā˜ŗļø

I did put the spices in after adding the pulled mushrooms to cook for 4minutes whereas, I should have put them in after the onions, garlic and chilli had finished sweating. But hey, it still turned out fantastic!! Please give this a go & check out Gaz’s videos. I might even start recording my own recipes that I’ve made if this goes alright & people find it useful or fun/soothing to watch? I had to shorten it right down but the sounds of chopping are soothing to me so I might even upload a longer version just for that.

I filmed this on my iPhone 6s+ and edited it with iMovie if you’re wondering. Okay okay, lemme know what you think in the comments. Enjoy!! 🄰

P.P.S the cab merlot isn’t vegan as it was produced with egg whites but it was a gift – it’d be a shame to waste it.
