Chicken Tacos w/ Tomatillo chili salsa
Tomatillo Salsa
1 lb Roma Tomato
1 lb Tomatillo
1/2 Onion
1 JalapeƱo
Juice of 1 lemon
Cilantro
3-4 Chili de Arbol (I used 7 and it was really spicy for me)
2 Guajillo Chilis
Roast tomato, tomatillos, onion, and jalapeƱo coated in olive oil.
Blend, add lemon, and wait for sauce to cool off then season w/ salt and pepper.
