EASY DUMP AND GO SLOW COOKER DINNERS | FREEZER CROCK POT MEALS | FEEDING THE BYRDS

Welcome to Feeding the Byrds!

You guys know how much we love freezer meals and you know how much we love crock pot meals, so lets put the two together and do some easy dump and go slow cooker dinners! Freezer crock pot meals are absolutely perfect at this time of year and I know you guys are going to love these slow cooker recipes.

What’s included in

6:05 Jambalaya (recipe below)
10:43 Sweet and Sour Meatballs (recipe below)

Texas Chili:
-2 TSP Garlic Powder and onion powder
-3 cups fire roasted crushed tomatoes
-1 can Rotel
-2 TBSP Chili Seasoning
-1 can Pinto Beans (drained and rinsed)
-1 can Chili Beans
-1 lb Ground Beef (cooked)
Directions:
Put all ingredients in your labeled freezer bag and place in the freezer.
Thaw. Place into the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8.

Jambalaya:
-2 cubed chicken breasts
-1.5 tsp minced garlic
-1 TBSP cajun seasoning (we use Auntie Nono’s seafood seasoning – link below)
-28 oz can diced tomatoes
-1 cup chicken broth or stock
-diced jalapeno (optional)
-red or green bell pepper diced
-2 kielbasa sliced
-shrimp (as much as you like)
Directions-
Put all ingredients into bag except the shrimp and freeze. Thaw, cook on low 6-7 hours. Add shrimp for the last 30 minutes or so until they are cooked. We like to serve ours over rice.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs:
-3/4 cup Brown Sugar
-3 TBSP Corn Starch
-¼ cup Vinegar
-3 TBSP Soy Sauce or coconut aminos
-1 Package of Frozen Meatballs
Directions:
Put all ingredients in freezer bag and place in the freezer. Place into the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8.
