– 2 to 3 Cans of Chili Beans (1 Drained)
– 10 oz Can Rotel Tomatoes
– 2 Cups Low Sodium Beef Broth
– 6 oz Can Tomato Paste
– 1 Small Red Onion, Chopped
– 1 Bell Pepper, Chopped
– 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
– 3 to 4 Tbsp Chili Powder
– 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
– 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
– 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
– 1/2 Tsp Dried Thyme
– 1/4 Tsp Dried Oregano
– Black Pepper to Taste
– Cayenne Pepper, Cocoa Powder, & Hot Sauce (Optional)
