WRITTEN RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:
• gram flour 1 cup
• salt as per taste
• red chili powder 1/2 tsp
• turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
• cumin seeds 1 tsp
• oil 1 tbsp
• oil 1/4 cup
. onion sliced 1 medium
• tomato 1 thinly sliced
• coriander powder 1 tsp
• cumin seeds 1 tsp
• red chili flakes 1 tsp
• turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
• salt as per taste
• red chili powder 1 tsp
• Add green chilies 2-3
• yogurt 1 tbsp full
• water 1/2 liter
METHOD:
• in a bowl add gram flour 1 cup, salt as per taste, red chili powder 1/2 tsp, turmeric powder 1/4 tsp, cumin seeds 1 tsp
• add water and make a paste, paste should not be runny
• add oil 1 tbsp in gram flour batter and Mix well
• Heat oil in wok and pour the batter through a skimmer with big holes
• fry until golden brown
• in a pan add oil 1/4 cup and add onion sliced 1 medium
• cook until golden brown
• add tomato 1 thinly sliced mix well and add water 1/4 cup
• add coriander powder 1 tsp, cumin seeds 1 tsp, red chili flakes 1 tsp, turmeric powder 1/2 tsp, salt as per taste, red chili powder 1 tsp. Mix well and cook until tomatoes got soft
• Add green chilies 2-3
• mix well and cook until oil separates
• add yogurt 1 tbsp full
• cook until again oil separates
• when oil separates add 1/2 litre water, cover and cook until comes to boil
• when water comes to boil add bondian in it
• cover and cook on medium low flame for 8-10 mins
