Matar Pulao:

Ingredients:
Rice (soaked) 2 cups
Oil ½ cup
All spice (whole) 1 tbsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Cloves 2-3
Black peppercorns 5-6
Green cardamoms 2
Bay leaf 1
Onion (fried) ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chili paste 2 tsp
Green chilies 2-3
Tomatoes (chopped) 2
Peas 2 cup
Lemon (sliced) 2-3
Water 2 cups
Salt to taste
All spice powder 1 tsp
Fresh coriander (chopped) for garnish

Method:
Heat oil in a wok and add whole all spice and fry well. Then add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, green chili paste and salt. Cook well. Now add peas and cook properly. Then add rice and mix well. Now add all spice powder, cover and cook well. In the end add green chilies and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot.

Anardana Aur Podinay Ki Chutney:

Ingredients:
Dry pomegranate seeds 3-4 tsp
Onion (medium) 1
Fresh coriander (chopped) ½ cup
Mint leaves (chopped) ¼ cup
Cumin ½ tsp
Green chili (chopped) 1
Lemon juice few drops
Sugar ½ tsp
Chaat masala ½ tsp
Water 3-4 tbsp
Back salt as required

Method:
In a blender, mix all the ingredients and serve.

Grilled Pomfret :

INGREDIENTS:

1st Marination of Fish:
Pomfret fish (whole) 500 gm
Lemon juice 1 ½ tbsp
Salt a pinch
Turmeric powder a pinch

2nd Marination of Fish:
Yogurt 3 tbsp
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Green chili paste 2 tsp
Coriander leave paste 2-3 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt as required

Method:
In bowl, marinate pomfret fish with lemon juice, salt and turmeric powder for about 15 minutes. Then in another bowl mix yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, green chili paste, coriander leave paste and salt. Marinate the fish again for about 30 minutes. Now in a grilling pan heat oil and grill the fish well. Serve hot.
