Premier protein-

Chili recipe-

1 pound 99% fat free ground turkey
1 onion diced
2-3 cloves of garlic minced
1 15oz can Hunts tomato sauce
2 10oz cans of Rotel tomatoes w/ green chili’s
1 can kidney beans
1 package frozen corn
1/2 TBSP cumin
1/2 TBSP oregano
1 TBSP chili powder

Optional: (I also like to add a few little sprinkles of Truvia to add some sweetness. Balances out the acidity of the tomatoes. SOOO good.)

Sauté onions in a pan, then add ground turkey and cook fully. Add everything into crockpot and cook on low 6-8 hours or high for 2-3 hours. 0 points on blue plan. Add whatever toppings you like (I love saltines or ritz, cheese, and sour cream!)
