1 lb. 97% lean ground turkey, or the meat of your choice
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp chili powder
2 bay leaves
1 1/2 tab cumin
1 tsp oregano
2 (15 oz. cans) white norther or navy beans, rinsed and drained
15 oz. canned pumpkin puree
4.5 oz can chopped green chiles
2 cup ( or more) low sodium chicken stock
salt and pepper to taste
