Are you a cornbread person or dinner roll person? Here’s how I made my chili but feel free to customize!

Ingredients
• 1.5 lb Short ribs
• 1 16oz can Red Kidney beans
• 1 16 oz can pinto beans
• 1 Large Yellow Onion
• 5 cloves Garlic
• 1 Green Bell Pepper
• 1 Red Bell Pepper
• 1 28oz can Crushed Tomatoes
• 11/2 tbsp Tomato Paste
• 2 tbsp Chili Powder
• 1 tbsp Paprika
• 1 beef bouillon cube
• 2 tsp Cumin
• 1 tsp Coriander
• 1tbps Chipotles in Adobo sauce
• 2 whole chilis from adobo sauce
• 1 1/2 cups Beef Broth
• 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
• Toppings (add your favorite but here are a few)
• Mexican shredded cheese
• Sour cream
• Jalapenos
• Scallions
