If you like white chili, this one you will really love this. It uses ground turkey and is so flavorful!
Ingredients:
1-1.5 lb Ground Turkey
.5 cup chopped Onion
2 Garlic Cloves
4 Cups of Chicken Broth
1 15 oz Cannellini Beans
1 – 4 oz can of Diced Green Chili Peppers
1.5 teaspoon Ground Cumin
¼ teaspoon Pepper
¼ cup water
2 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
Salt to taste Toppings:
Monterey Jack Cheese
Sliced Black Olives
Sour Cream
Tortilla Chips
In a large Dutch oven, drizzle some olive oil and then add the ground turkey, onion, and garlic till the ground turkey is cooked. Stir until all the ground turkey breaks up and no longer pink and the onions are tender. Stir in 4 cups of chicken broth, beans, chili peppers, cumin, and pepper.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat and cover for 30 minutes. Stir together the water and flour till dissolved. Add the dissolved mixture to the chili mixture. Cook and stir for 1 minute or until thick.
Set up Toppings!
Spoon into a bowl, add toppings and Enjoy with Family and Friends!
