Ingredients:
1 lb 90/10 ground beef
1 hot Italian sausage
olive oil
1 onion, diced
1/2 cup red peppers, diced
2 jalapeños, de seeded and diced
2 packs of @fireandsmokesociety chili seasoning
1 head of roasted garlic
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 beef bouillon
salt to taste
1 cup each: red kidney, cannellini, and pinto beans
1 cup fire roasted tomatoes
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup chili ready tomatoes
1/2 cup beef stock
garnish: jalapeños, sour cream, sharp cheddar, avocados 🙂
