Chilli con carne with turkey meat and a coriander twist!
Ingredients
300g Turkey mince
1 Onion
1 Can of tomatoes
Handful of cut coriander leaves
2 Red chillis
2 Garlic cloves
Vegetable stock
Tomato paste
Salt, pepper, dried cumin for seasoning
Chop the onions, chilli and garlic. Chop the coriander.
Fry the onion on a medium heat.
Add the chilli and garlic. Squeeze some tomato paste into the mixture.
Add the minced turkey and vegetable stock.
Add the kidney beans and canned tomatoes.
Cook for about 15 minutes and serve!
