Ingredients : Karola, Alu, Nigella Seed, Mustard Oil, Salt, Sugar, Turmeric, Water and Green Chili.
Recipe at a Glance : Chop alu and karola ⇒ shallow fry karola ⇒ remove from pan and put it in a different place ⇒ add green chili, nigella seed and alu in hot oil and fry ⇒ add turmeric and salt ⇒ add water and turn ⇒ when alu become soft then add fried karola and sugar ⇒ cook few minutes.
