Slow cooker White Chili with Chicken
• 1lb Cooked boneless, skinless chicken
• 1/4c fresh cilantro
• 1-15 oz. canned kernel corn
• 2-15 oz Great northern Beans (or even Navy beans )
• 2-4oz Cans green Chile
• 1tsp garlic
• 1/4 cup diced red peppers
• 1/4 c diced onions
• 4 cups (32 oz box) of low sodium Chicken Broth
• 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
• 1/4 tsp Ground Cayenne Pepper
• 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
• 1 tsp Kosher Salt
• 1 tsp Ground Cumin
• 6 oz Cream Cheese (add in last 30 min of recipe)
