This is sooo easy to make – no reason to dirty a pan and saute on the oven, just saute in your instant pot! Wish I could have said more – but 60 seconds goes by fast in a short. Full recipe is as follows – comment below if you have any questions and we would be happy to answer!
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground meat (we use beef)
Seasoning mix:
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Added ingredients:
7 cloves of chopped garlic
1/2 onion chopped
Add a bit later (see instructions below):
3/4 cup broth (any – we prefer beef)
1 can drained tomatoes
Instructions:
Saute and brown the meat, add all seasonings and added ingredients. Saute 5 more minutes. Add broth and scrape pan to deglaze – use a wooden spoon if possible. Add drained tomatoes but do not stir! Vent to sealing and pressure cook on high for 10 minutes! We add 1 can of tomato or pasta sauce once finished – just to make it more creamy. Enjoy!
