Recipe:
1 onion
2 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
2-3 cups of diced mushrooms
2 pounds or 1kg of minced meat of your choice
1 tabelspoon of butter (for the vegetables)
1 teaspoon of oregano (for the vegetables)
1 block of bouillon or beef stock instead of water
0.8 liter of water
0.8 liter of whole milk (if you need extra liquid to cook the pasta, use more milk)
a dash of worcester sauce
1 teaspoon of mustard
½ teaspoon of chili pepper
salt (add if necessary at the end because some cheeses are very salty)
black pepper
3 cups of grated cheese of your choice (I used young gouda cheese and cheddar)
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
