Experience the deliciousness of an award-winning Smoked Brisket Chili that will explode with flavors in the foreground and background of your taste buds. Chili is the best thing to eat when it becomes Fall Season. We put a spin on it and added smoked brisket and hot ground pork. What is your go-to chili? There are amazing dry rubs and non-GMO veggies that are added to the mix which also includes tomatoes from Italy. It’s hearty, it’s spicy, and it’s DELICIOUS!
Prep time: 15 min
Refrigeration time: Overnight (Smoked Brisket or immediately apply to the crockpot after smoking)
Cooking time: Smoked Brisket; 18 hrs low and slow, Chili; 12-18 hrs

📌Ingredients:
Smoked Brisket
½ lb Spicy Pork
2 Serrano Peppers
2 Habanero Peppers
3 large Bell Pepper
3 Jalapenos
1 ½ Onions
10 gloves Garlic
1 can El Pato Hot Tomato Sauce
30 Oz Can of Dark Red Kidney Beans
30 oz. Can of Regular Chili Beans
30 oz Light Red Kidney Beans
30 oz of Black Beans
28 oz San Marzano Crush Tomatoes
28 oz San Marzano Peeled Tomatoes
2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Granulated Garlic
2 tbsp Onion Powder
3 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp Red Chili Flakes
3 tsp Cooking Oil
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Salt
1 Handful of Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese
1 Scoop of Sour Cream
📌Instructions:
1. On a cutting board, rough chop the serrano peppers, habanero peppers, bell peppers and onions into small pieces then mix it all together in a pot
2. Add the hot tomato sauce, dark red kidney beans, chili beans, light red kidney beans, black beans, San Marzano crushed tomatoes, and San Marzano peeled tomatoes into the pot
3. Dry Ingredients: add in cumin, granulated garlic, onion powder, cayenne pepper, red chili flakes and garlic
4. Place the pot into the 10 qt crock pot and start the slow cook process for 12+ hours
5. On a cutting board, chop the smoked beef brisket into small bite size pieces
6. Add the beef brisket into the crock pot
7. In a medium high heat skillet, add 2 tbsp of cooking oil and start searing the hot pork
8. Once seared and fully cooked, add the hot pork into the crockpot
9. Give the chili a nice stir to incorporate and merry all the ingredients together
10. Add sugar to break down the acidity of the tomatoes
11. Add salt and pepper to taste and stir.
12. Let the Chili slow cook for approximately 12-18 hours.
13. After about 12 to 18 hours, Smoked Brisket Chili recipe is ready to be plated.
14. With a spoon, spoon out as much Smoked Brisket Chili as you desire into a bowl
15. Add a handful of shredded cheddar jack cheese over the top of the Chili
16. Add a spoonful of sour cream
17. Top it off with pickled sliced jalapenos
18. Eat and enjoy my hungry friends!!!
