My homemade chili! A winter must have!

Hi! My name is Amanda. I live in zone 6 in southwestern Ohio. This is my second year of intentionally growing my own food to preserve. Although I am still learning, I hope that you will join me and we can learn together!

This chili recipe has been changing over the last few years as I grow my culinary skills. But it is one of my absolute favorite recipes!

Chili:
2 lbs ground beef
2 cans dark red kidney beans
1 can black beans
2-28oz cans of diced tomatoes
1 onion (white, sweet or red!)
2-3 poblano peppers
2 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp salt ( add more to batch to your taste)
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
Jalapeño to your desired spice level
