Paneer Kofta Recipe

Ingredients for 5-6 serving

For paneer kofta

Paneer (grated) – 200 gm
Boiled potato – 2 medium size
Kishmish – 2 tbsp
Chopped cashew nut – 2 tbsp
Green chili – 2 piece
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Mix them all properly and make the kofta.

For the kofta gravy

Black cardamom – 1 piece
Cinnamon roll – 1/2 inch
Cloves – 2-3 piece
Black pepper – 3-4 piece
Cumin seed – 1 tsp
Chopped onion – 1 cup
Chopped tomato – 1 large size
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Sagur – 1 tbsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Kasuri methi – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Water – 2+1/2 cup
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp

1. Make the gravy using all the ingredients and by following the video.

2. Then cool it and blend it like a smooth paste.

3. After that add kasuri methi and coriander leaves. Make it cool and pour it on kofta.

4. Add fresh cream on top and enjoy.
