Best Vegan Chili: Beyond Meat Recipe – Inside of today’s video I’m going to show you how to make the best vegan chili recipe. This recipe is a meatless chili recipe using beyond meat. This recipe is also a great vegan super bowl recipe.

Chili Recipe
Kidney Beans 2 cups cooked (can also use organic low sodium beans)
Diced Tomatoes (1 can organic no sodium 15 oz can)
Beyond Meat
Tomato Paste – 2 tbsp
Fresh Minced Garlic – 1.5 tbsp
Red Onion – (1 cup finely chopped)
Vegetable Broth – 2 cups
Chili Powder 1.5 tbsp
Sea Salt 1.5 tsp
Cayenne Pepper – 1/8 tsp or to taste
Oregano – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1 tbsp
Cinnamon – 1/2 tsp

Warm oil in pan
Next add red onion and minced garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Next add in beyond meat and finely chop/mince into small pieces using a spatula and cook for approximately 4 minutes.
Next add all of the seasonings above and make sure that beyond meat is well coated and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Next add in diced tomatoes and mix well.
Next add in kidney beans, vegetable broth and tomato paste.
Mix well. Cover and cook for 20 minutes on low to medium heat. Remove lid stir and and enjoy.
