This is the best chili recipe I have ever eaten!
THIS IS TEXAS CHILI – NO BEANS!
INGREDIENTS:
1lbs chili meat
1lbs ground Italian sausage
1 8oz can of NO SALT tomato sauce
2 12.5oz beef broth
1 serrano pepper
DROP 1:
1 Tablespoon of onion powder
1 Tablespoon of garlic powder
1 Tablespoon of Chili Powder
DROP 2:
3 Tablespoons light chili powder
1 Tablespoons cumin
1/3 Teaspoon black pepper
1/3 Teaspoon white pepper
1/3 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 Tablespoons beef bullion
1/2 Tablespoons chicken bullion
1/2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 pk Sazon Goya
DROP 3:
1 Tablespoons Mexene Chili Powder
1 Teaspon cumin
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Brown both meats drain and return to pot. Add tomato sauce and beef broth and bring to a boil.
Add DROP 1 and serrano pepper. reduce to a simmer and wait 1 hour (lid on)
After 1 hour remove serrano pepper and cut up and add back to pot. bring to a boil and add DROP 2. Now let simmer for 30 minutes (lid on).
After 30 minutes add DROP 3 and let simmer for 15 minutes (lid on).
After 15 minutes serve and enjoy!
