This is my quick and easy Chili-Mac, you can change it up as I say in the video and you can follow chili recipes on package.
1½-2 lbs ground beef or turkey
1 pk of MacNcheese(I used deluxe)
½ block cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheese
1 pkg of chili mix
½-1 can tomato sauce
½-1 can rotel or petite diced tomatoes(I used fire roasted)
Directions:
Bring water to a Boil for MacNcheese as directed follow instructions, when done set aside while you finish browning meat
In a large pan, brown ground beef till brown. Drain grease, add cheese sauce from MacNcheese box, cream cheese, chili seasoning, tomato sauce and rotel, mix well and noodles(from the water wile using a slotted spoon or ladle with holes, you want most of that water to drain, some in the mix is ok. Mix gently, gently mix inn half of cheese and add other half to top.
Your dish is done and enjoy.
