Learn how to make my vegan chili!
Here is my recipe for Vegan Chili
2 cans black beans rinsed and drained
1 can pinto beans rinsed and drained
1 can cannellini beans rinsed and drained
2 cups of diced onions
2 carrots peeled and diced
1 red pepper diced
1 green pepper diced
4 cloves of garlic minced
1 can of diced tomatoes and green chills
1 can of diced tomatoes
8 oz frozen okra
1 cup of low sodium vegetable broth
1/2 cup of water
2 tbs tomato paste
2 tbs chili powder
2 tbs maple syrup
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
