Cookmas Day 5, Chili Lasagna, Quick and Easy Recipe

Hey guys and welcome back to my channel! Today for Cookmas I am doing a chili cheese lasagna that I know you will love, especially if you choose the chili cheese option when there is one! So come along as I make this easy weeknight dinner with a twist! Happy Holidays and thanks for watching!

Ingredients:
Olive Oil
1 Onion, diced
1 Bell Pepper, diced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 pound Ground Beef
2 packets Chili Seasoning
1 1/2 cups Sour Cream
1 (15) ounce can of Chili Beans
1 (15) ounce can of Pinto Beans
1 (15) ounce can of Fire-roasted Diced Tomatoes
8 ounces oven-ready noodles or boiled lasagna noodles
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Add a drizzle of olive oil to the skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onions and peppers and cook until softened. Add the garlic and the ground beef. Cook until the beef is no longer pink.

Place the sour cream into a medium-sized bowl. Stir in one packet of chili seasoning. Set aside.
To the ground beef, add the chili beans, tomatoes, and the remaining packet of chili seasoning.

Add 1/3 of the meat mixture to the bottom of the baking pan. Add a layer of lasagna noodles. Next add 1/2 of the sour cream mixture. Top with another layer of meat, noodles, and sour cream. Top the sour cream with the remaining meat then add the cheese. Cover with tin foil.
Bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and starting to brown. Let sit for 5-10 minutes, then serve and ENJOY!
