This homemade chili recipe is a flavorful and hearty dish that you can cook quickly with ease, thanks to the use of an Instant Pot. This is one of my favorite easy Instant Pot recipes because it is chock full of protein and fiber, and it takes only 40 minutes of cooking in the Instant Pot.
It works great both as the main course, or a side dish! It is also easy to customize the heat in this recipe, depending on the spice tolerance of your guests. Once you taste this chili you will be a big fan and it will be a recipe that you can return to over and over again! I hope you all enjoy!
Ingredients:
Ground meat -2 lb
Light red kidney beans – 14.5 oz
Dark red kidney beans – 14.5 oz
Tomato can – 2
Onion – 1 chopped
Garlic – 1 tbsp chopped
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Chili powder – 1 tsp
Garlic powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Cinnamon sticks
Cinnamon powder
V8 tomato juice -1 can
Water – 1 cup
Pressure cook for 40 minutes in the instant pot
Serve with fresh cream or sour cream
