If you live in Utah and have been to a little shop in Draper called Pirate O’s you know their glorious hot sauce wall… anyway this one caught my attention because I’m a GOT fan and this sauce lives up to my expectations. It’s a mix of Trinidad scorpion pepper mash and red habanero pepper mash. The heat doesn’t make itself known when you first take a taste of it but it does creep up on you when you least expect it. 😂
