In this recipe am going to prepare dry fish sambal which will be stored for many days in air tight container and use when we want ,and it is apt to serve with sambar,keera,dhall,,tamarind and lemon rice.

Ingredients

Dry fish boneless 250 gm
dry red chilli 50gm
garlic full 2nos
oil required
salt to taste.
