3 ways Chilli pepper! #shorts

Chillies are one of my absolute favourite things to grow and one of the reasons why I started growing food! My grandpa was a fanatic of chillies or commonly called “chilli head” and he was always on the look out for new varieties, making his own hybrids imported from all over the world.

Since I found out about leaves stir fry, I was blown away by the amazing flavours!

CHILLI SALT:

– Any chilli variety
– Coarse salt
– Dehydrator or oven

CHILLI CHUTNEY:

– 1x kg apple (peeled, cored and chopped)
– 2 x cloves garlic
– 1 x onion
– 2 x red chillies
– 60 g x fresh ginger
– 180 g x brown sugar
– 2 x tsp salt
– 2 x cups cider vinegar

STIR FRIED LEAVES:

– 400 g x Chilli leaves (no stem)
– 2 x tbsp olive oil
– 3 x garlic cloves
– Fresh chillies
– 1 x tsp sugar
– Grinder peanuts
