So I’ve been seeing a good bit of videos with people going nuts over chili crisp, and this is the first time I’ve seen it in a store (Rouses, if you’re from Louisiana, you know). It doesn’t have a ton of flavor imo, but it does have plenty of heat and a nice texture. I think the title sums up what it could bring to a dish: spicy crunch. If you guys have any recommendations for any that may be more flavorful I’d love some recommendations. Sweet and savory would be a plus!
