My healthy chicken chili recipe .3cups of beans soaked with water overnight put in fridge in a container .Next day cook the beans for an 1 hr till soft .If you prefer you can use 3 cans of already made beans instead. Extra lean chicken 1lb ,chili powder 2 jars of tomato sauce with cup of water.
