🤠 Over the top chili is an interesting way to make your favorite chili recipe using your Smoker! just prepare your normal chili fixin’s then take a high quality hamburger or sausage, season it up any way you like. Then, pat the meat into meatball form. Place a rack over the top of your dutch oven, place the meatball on top and let smoke over the top of the chili for around 3 hours low and slow.
Once internal temp of meat is at a done temp, remove meatball and crumble it up and place it back into chili pot stirring it up and allow to smoke for about another hour or so.
Amazing flavor and if you use a quality grade of beef it won’t be greasy at all.
