1 1/2 pounds Ground Turkey
12 strips turkey bacon chopped – or use pork bacon
15 oz can pinto beans drained
15 oz can black beans drained
15 oz can diced tomatoes drained
6 oz can tomato paste
1 medium red onion diced
1 red bell pepper seeded and chopped
1 green bell pepper seeded and chopped
2 Jalapeñoes seeded and minced
3 cups chicken stock
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried cilantro
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons Kosher salt or to taste
1 teaspoon ground black pepper or to taste
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon liquid smoke optional
1 lime juiced and zested
4 cloves garlic minced
