Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup flour
4 medium potatoes
3 tsp Salt
1tbsp oil
Spring onion
Garlic
Chili Flakes
-Boil the potatoes until soft in salty water
– Drain the water, mash the potatoes until smooth, and mix with flour, salt, and oil
– Keep kneading the dough for 8 mins. This will make the noodles chewy
– Cut the dough into smaller pieces and roll out into thick noodles
– In boiling water, add the noodles carefully. Once they are cooked, theyāll float to the top of the water.
– Drain and place it in a bowl. Add spring onions, sesame seeds, garlic and Chili flakes.
– Pour very hot neutral oil on top and mix with the noodles.
Serve hot and enjoy!
