This easy to make chili is only 1 Point using lean ground beef or can be 0 Points per serving using lean ground chicken, lean ground turkey, or omitting the meat altogether for a vegetarian bean chili! I like to top mine with fat free Greek yogurt, cilantro, scallions, and lime juice!
Hereās my recipe in the WW app here:
INGREDIENTS:
-1 lb ground meat (optional)
-1 onion, chopped
-1 packet chili seasoning
-15 oz tomato sauce (1 can)
-29 oz fire roasted tomatoes (2 cans)
-15 oz corn (1 can)
-31 oz kidney beans (2 cans)
-31 oz pinto beans (2 cans)
-31 oz black beans (2 cans)
-1 to 2 cups water or stock
DIRECTIONS:
If using meat, sautĆ© with chopped onions until done. Add in the chili seasoning followed by the tomato sauce and fire roasted tomatoes. Then add in all the beans and the corn. Mix well before adding in 1-2 cups water or stock. If using a pressure cooker, cover and cook on Lo for 1 hour. A crockpot will take approximately 3-4 hours on Low. Once done, top with FF Greek yogurt, scallions, cilantro, and lime juice. You can even add shredded cheese – just remember to count for the extra points.
