1 1/2 lb chicken breasts boneless and skinless, cut in small cubes
1 large onion chopped
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cumin ground
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

4 cloves garlic finely chopped
28 oz chicken broth low sodium or no sodium added (2 containers)
42 oz cannellini beans or Great Northern, drained and rinsed (3 cans)
4 oz chopped green chiles (1 can)
1/2 cup half and half
