Chili

Ingredients
1lb D’Artagnan ground beef
1lb D’Artagnan ground venison
1 green pepper, diced
2 med onions, diced
2 cups of beef broth
6oz tomato paste
15oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
15oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
15oz can diced tomatoes
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ancho chile powder
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

Place a large stock pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef and venison. Cook until the meat is browned and add the onion and pepper. Saute for 5 minutes or until the onions are translucent. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well. Cook for 30 minutes and Enjoy!
