Welcome back to another video. In today’s recipe I share with you myVegan Chili recipe and its SPICY!!! Below are the ingredients and directions. if you wish to copy or tweak it to your own liking, remember, its FREE!
Total prep work and cook time approx. 45 minutes…
1 chopped medium onion
1 chopped red bell pepper ( use what ever color you desire. I only had red )
3-4 chopped fresh garlic cloves
1 tbsp each;
cumin,
salt,
chili powder.
chili flakes,
black pepper,
oregano,
preheat on low/med heat 4 tbsp of olive oil,
add onion, bell pepper & fresh garlic. Cover and cook for 7 minutes then add your spices.
Add your 32 oz of chopped tomatoes, 15 oz each of red kidney beans and pinto beans, 2 cups of your choice of plant based veggie crumbles ( I used BOCA ) cover and let cook for 25 minutes.
