Was gifted this for Christmas.

And I can’t stop putting it on everything, from noodles to shrimp. Sometimes I just spoon it. It’s similar to a Thai chili oil, except with a Mexican kick. It’s so delicious. Has anyone here tried it? Any ideas for foods to go with it?
