Chili Dip! Great with homemade pita bread , naan, corn chips or tortillas!

We enjoyed it so much, I decided to make it again the next day.
We had it with zucchini bread! Yum

1 onion, diced
Fry for a few minutes, or until golden
Add
5 small tomatoes, cut into small pieces
Fry for another 5 to 10 minutes
Add
3 cups cooked black beans, with its water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Pinch of pepper
While cooking on low make the cheesy sauce

In a Blender:
1 can coconut milk
1 bell pepper, chopped
½ cup cashews, soaked overnight
⅓ cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp chili
Blend and add to beans mix and continue to cook for another 10 to 15 minutes!
