Sunday night watching the #afc and #nfc and cooking up what we like to call “Over the Top White bean chicken chili”. Yeah I know, kind of a long name but well worth it.
Spatchcocked chicken (seasoned with @fireandsmokesociety chika Lika Bam Bam) smoked right over the @lodgecastiron 5qt pot. Juicy chicken dropping while it cooks into the pot filled with chopped poblano peppers, onions and garlic.
Once chicken was cooked, we shredded it and added it to the pot along with chicken broth, heavy cream, white beans and corn. Alongside the chili, we’re have some cornbread in the @lodgecastiron skillet.
Chili topped with avocado slices, crushed tortilla chips, sour cream and cheese.
Everything if course smoked on the @pitbossgrills smoker.
