1 lb Ground Turkey
2 tbsp Oil
1 Bay Leaf
1 Onion, medium size, chopped
2 tbsp Garlic, chopped
¼ cup Celery , chopped, (approx 2 ribs)
¼ cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
1 tbsp Chili Powder
2 tbsp Coriander Powder
¾ tsp Cumin Powder
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
¾ tsp Dried Oregano
¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper, optional
7 oz Green Chiles, canned
14 oz Diced Tomato, crushed works too
15 oz Pinto Beans, canned
15 oz Black Beans, canned
8 oz Corn, canned
2 cups Chicken Broth
Salt, to taste
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
Coriander Leaves, handful and to garnish
Tortilla Chips, to garnish
Lime Juice, from half lime
Lime Wedges, to garnish
Avocado, to garnish
Cheese Blend, to garnish
