7. Cornflour/maida – 1tbsp
8. Crushed ginger and garlic – 1 tsp ( ginger – 1 inch & garlic cloves – 3 )
9. Black pepper powder – 1 tbsp
11. Salt to taste
12. Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp ( add according to your taste )
13. Chilli sauce ( red / green ) – 1 tbsp
