2 Onion

2 Tsp Ground Cumin
2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
2 Cups (450g) Ground Beef
4 Tbsp Tomato Paste
2 Cans (800g) Tomato Puree
2 Red Bell Pepper
2 Cans (800g) Red Kidney Beans
1 Bunch (50g) Cilantro
2 Cups (60g) Baby Spinach
4 Cups (1000 ml) Chicken Stock
Salt and Pepper
½ Red Chili or Chili Flakes (optional)
2 tbsp nut oil of choice
