1 teaspoons (5 ml) toasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon (5 ml) kosher salt , if using table salt, use a little less
1 teaspoon (5 ml) smoked paprika
1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground cayenne (optional to taste)
