Pork and cauliflower stir-fry family recipe (that will even satisfy the carnivores)

Easy Cook Stir Fry Pork and Cauliflower recipe:

Ingredients:
➤ Cauliflower: One
➤ Pork Belly: As much as your inner carnivore craves
➤ Oil: Enough to thinly cover the bottom of your wok
➤ Dried Chili Pepper: Recommended if you can tolerate
➤ Garlic: As much as you want
➤ Soy Sauce: Season to taste
➤ Salt and Peppers: Season to taste

Prepare Ingredients
1) Cut pork belly, marinate with enough soy sauce that all meat is slightly coloured.

2) Cut cauliflower into small bite-size pieces.

3) Roughly chop garlic and chili pepper.

4) Cook Pork with medium to high heat, heat up oil.

5) Add dried chili pepper and garlic. Fry for few seconds until fragrant.

6) Add pork, fry until it’s slightly browned (no raw meat).

7) Set aside, retain the oil from pork belly in the wok.

8) Use the same wok with the pork belly oil, stir fry cauliflower with medium to low heat.

9) This will take a few minutes, you may expedite the process by covering the wok.

10) When about 80% fully cooked, season cauliflower with salt and pepper to taste. Or replace salt with soy sauce.

11) Add pork from the previous step back to stir-fry with cauliflower for 1-2 minutes until all the ingredients are mixed well.

12) Serve with rice.
