I saw the creator of this toothpaste post here roughly a year ago. At first I was interested, but perhaps thought it was just another gimmick to money-grab us spice enthusiasts; I intended to try it still but simply forgot. Fast forward to a few weeks ago that I got an Instagram ad for this toothpaste.
First off; very reasonably priced. I was expecting it to be treated with a bougie price tag; somewhere to like $15 a tube. Nope. I got 2 tubes for less than that shipping included. The tubes are actual normal-size toothpaste tubes as well; none of that pay more for less nonsense. So on the business side of the house, I give it 2 thumbs up.
The actual toothpaste: Wow! It legitimately leaves my mouth feeling clean. The spice level is just right! Itâs got a good kick but not too much to the point where itâs uncomfortable. I was worried that this would be like maybe a âgag giftâ where you get this obnoxiously spicy toothpaste to ruin your friendsâ days with. Nope. Not at all the case. It feels good to the mouth! Very satisfying to brush with. It starts out with a harsh mint-type flavor, then as you finish the capsaicin kicks in and your left with that nice tingly pepper spice youâre used to. It lasts quite a bit too! The toothpaste gets your salivary glands going but not to a point where you are constantly swallowing your own spit. Your mouth simply feels clean; a feeling I donât really always get with something like Crest or Colgate. For being a more natural-made toothpaste it also actually seems to work; when I use other natural based toothpastes like maybe Burtâs Bees it leaves my mouth feelingâŚ..unbrushed; as if it is useless.
This product was executed perfectly. Highly recommend you try it. Plus, youâre supporting a local business which is always a plus in my book.
